Sure Plastic Machinery invests heavily in planetary reducers
Driven by the global "dual carbon" goal, the wood-plastic composite material industry is ushering in a period of rapid development. Sure Plastic Machinery's technical upgrade covers the entire series of wood-plastic production line products, from single-screw extruders to twin-screw blending systems, all of which use planetary gear reducers from international first-line brands such as SEW of Germany and Nan Gaochi of China. Taking the flagship twin-screw extruder unit as an example, the purchase cost of the dual planetary gear reducer system equipped with a single device is as high as 1.2 million yuan, which is 210% higher than the configuration cost of traditional reducers, but with its excellent performance, it has achieved a qualitative leap in the comprehensive energy efficiency of the equipment.

Data from the Sure Plastic Machinery Technology R&D Center show that the new generation of production lines has achieved significant improvements in many key indicators through the application of planetary gear reducers:
Transmission efficiency: The measured value reached 96.8%, which is 18.5% higher than the traditional cylindrical gear reducer. The annual power consumption of a single production line was reduced by 270,000 kWh, equivalent to an electricity bill of about 216,000 yuan;
Torque output: The maximum torque output capacity is increased to 125,000N・m, which is 3.2 times higher than that of ordinary reducers. It can stably process high-viscosity composite materials with a wood powder content of up to 65%;
Speed regulation accuracy: With the servo motor, the precise speed control of ±0.1rpm is achieved, and the extrusion speed fluctuation range is controlled within ±0.3%, ensuring that the size error of the profile is less than 0.1mm;
Equipment life: The gear pair using carburizing and quenching process has been verified by bench testing. Under 24-hour continuous operation conditions, the service life can reach 120,000 hours, which is 2.8 times longer than ordinary reducers.
Customer empirical data is impressive, and the results of cost reduction and efficiency improvement are remarkable.
After a large wood-plastic products company in Shandong introduced a production line equipped with a planetary gear reducer from Sure Plastic Machinery, its production data achieved a breakthrough growth:
Production efficiency: increased from the original 1.2 tons per hour to 1.58 tons, with a capacity increase of 31.7%;
Scrap rate: reduced from 4.2% to 0.8%, reducing raw material waste by more than 280 tons per year;
